We value your opinion, and we really like you to be happy with our MOTHR EARTH PRODUCTS. But if you are not, you may return the purchased products within 14 days of the delivery date. After this period, your purchase can no longer be returned or exchanged. Please do check the return conditions below.
To start a return, please send us an e-mail retour@mothrearthproof.com with:
- your full name,
- address
- order number
- product names
- and how many products you will return
- and your IBAN (so we can transfer the money back to you easily)
Send an email to retour@mothrearthproof.com to return your purchased products.
As soon as MOTHR EARTH® has received your return package in good condition (see below return conditions), your purchase amount will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Return shipments must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Returned products are only eligible for a refund if they are unopened, undamaged and in their unopened and undamaged packaging with original undamaged shipping box with wrapping paper and protection.
- You as a customer are responsible for the risk of the delivery.
- Products or delivery problems must be reported to us within 2 days after the products have been received by you.
- If the condition of your shipment does not meet the above conditions, MOTHR EARTH® has the right to return the order to the recipient and the recipient is responsible for the shipping costs.
