How to keep your after summer glow
As a result, my skin didn’t get burned. Instead, I gradually developed a beautiful and even tan. And maybe you’re thinking: “Yes, but this doesn’t apply to my skin. My skin is older, super thin, and fragile. None of these beauty products work for me.”
I completely understand. Before I started caring for my skin with MOTHR EARTH PROOF 4-step skincare, my skin was exactly like that: too thin, too prone to wrinkles, too dry, and too sensitive.

Andrea’s 7 Tips to keep that after summer glow
Before I begin, you should know this: I have super dry, thin, and sensitive skin, with fine pores and a nose that produces slightly more sebum.
- Tip 1 - Massage Your Skin
Massage your skin every day when you wake up with oil. Watch my video on the website to see how to do this with our vitamin bomb ELIXIR, step 3.
- Second Tip - Gently Exfoliate Your Skin
Afterward, get up, apply a small amount of scrub, step into the shower, and gently massage the scrub into your skin. Rinse off the granules with the warm shower water until they’re all gone. When you get out of the shower, gently pat your skin dry, leaving the nourishing layer from our scrub on your skin. It will fully absorb. This layer does wonders for your skin and protects and restores your skin barrier.
- Tip 3 - Maximize Hydration for Your Skin
Immediately apply step 2 to bring plenty of moisture into your skin.

Then apply the fourth layer—step 4 REPAIR—and massage it in. You’re now ready to apply sun protection. Always do this separately from your skincare routine to ensure it works effectively. After that, you can apply a bit of makeup if you wish, but in summer, it’s often hardly necessary. Enjoy wearing less makeup.
- Tip 6 - Hydrate Throughout the Day
During the day, if you notice your skin becoming a bit dry, apply step 2 and step 3 again. Make sure that from the age of 45, you never let your skin dry out again by consistently feeding it a little with a drop of serum from step 2 and a drop of elixir from step 3.
