In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, you can return the purchased products within 14 days of the delivery date. After this period it is unfortunately no longer possible to return or exchange your purchase. Please read the return conditions carefully below.

To initiate a return, please send an email to retour@mothrearthproof.com with the following information

the number of products you are returning

your IBAN (so we can easily refund the amount)
Please email your return request to retour@mothrearthproof.com.
Once MOTHR EARTH PROOF® has received your return in good condition (see return conditions below), the purchase amount will be refunded to you, excluding shipping costs.
Return conditions

Returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Returned products are eligible for refund only if they are unopened, undamaged and located in the original, undamaged packaging, including the original shipping box with protective packing material.

As the customer, you are responsible for the risk of return.

Product or delivery problems should be reported to us within 2 days of receipt.

If the return does not meet the above conditions, MOTHR EARTH PROOF® reserves the right to return the order to the sender. In this case, shipping costs will be borne by the recipient.
