CHOOSE
Go directly to all products. To the four steps, or to the set for your skin type: dry, sensitive, oily or combination. Also for rosacea, red spots and hyperpigmentation there are sets.
The four layers
In the Japanese approach, the skin isn't a problem to be fought, but an organ that you listen to and give what it needs. Four steps, morning and night, in this order. Each layer prepares the skin for the next: Step 1 opens, Step 2 replenishes, Step 3 nourishes, and Step 4 seals in. Step 1 is the most important step in your routine because it leaves behind a regenerating leave-on layer. If you skip it, the routine will be less effective.
1. Clean and rejuvenate
After you turn 50, your skin produces much less sebum. A foaming cleanser that leaves your skin feeling tight afterward strips away what little sebum you have left. My three types of cleansers cleanse with plant extracts and help regenerate your skin barrier. Once you start using them, you won’t want to skip this step!
2. Prevent moisture loss
Water apply is not the same as retaining water. High- and low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid binds moisture both on the surface and deeper within the skin, and a high percentage of Ectoin® ensures that it stays there—even if you spend the whole day in air-conditioned rooms.
3. Bring Your Skin to Life
Powerful plant oils containing polyphenols, a broad range of fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals, as well as bakuchiol, calendula, and chamomile, provide your skin with what it can no longer produce in sufficient quantities on its own. This is the step that you’ll quickly see reflected in the mirror: less dry skin, more resilience, and greater elasticity.
4. Repair skin damage
Your skin repairs itself most effectively between 10 p.m. and 3 a.m. The REPAIR cream repairs all the damage from the day and incorporates the three steps below it. If we have a choice between ingredients from organic farming and conventionally grown ingredients, we choose organic quality, even if that means the ingredient is more expensive. We also select most of our ingredients from the Natrue-approved list. We ourselves are not certified organic because we are still too small for that, and certification is very costly. However, by carefully selecting our raw materials, we do offer organic-quality products. With your purchase, you help us move closer to certification.
