✨ Let your neck and chest shine again
My skin changed quite a bit after I turned 50. It showed on my face, but often even faster on my neck and décolleté. I was surprised at how quickly the skin on my cleavage burned, as if something had really changed. At one point it was really a little too bad. 🧬 Why is the skin on your décolletage so fragile?
The skin on your chest and neck is thinner and poorer in sebaceous glands than your face. That means: less natural protection against dehydration, external influences and UV damage.
On top of that, this area is often exposed to the sun without you even realizing it. Think of cycling with an open blouse, gardening or a day on the terrace in spring. Even a little sun can cause

Many women experience after age 50 that they prefer to cover their décolletage. A shame - because you can really make a difference, even in mature skin. Below I share how I did it.
🌞 The sun: biggest culprit for your décolleté
Did you know that the skin on your décolleté burns up to 3x faster than your face? At least I noticed that starting at age 50. The combination of thin skin + lots of exposure to UV radiation = rapid aging. We also call this photoaging.
Even a few minutes of sun a day without protection can cause long-term visible damage. That's why daily sun protection with SPF 50 or a total sunblocker is essential - even if you're not outside all day. I personally advocate as high an SPF factor as possible.
🧴 5 steps to keep your décolletage beautiful and firm
1. Protect every day with a high SPF
Use a sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily, preferably SPF 50. Choose a formula without perfume that also contains nourishing ingredients. And yes - even on cloudy days. Don't forget your neck and collarbones!
2. Moisturize and nourish intensively
Use rich creams or serums with

3. Exfoliate gently
Gentle rich exfoliation 1 to 3 times a week (with a rich nourishing natural regenerative exfoliator) provides fresh, smooth skin and improves the absorption of active ingredients. Do not use coarse and chemical scrubs or peels - they are too aggressive for this thin skin area.

4. Pay attention to your sleeping position
Another important factor: Do you often sleep on your side? Then "sleep lines" develop in your cleavage that remain visible over time. it's better to sleep on your back or use an anti-sleep line pillow for softer support.
5. Take care from the inside out
Drink plenty of water, eat antioxidant-rich foods and ensure good collagen production. Consider:
