The role of - moisture retention -.
Research shows that moisture is an essential aspect for healthy skin . It provides
:- transporting nutrients,
- removing waste products,
- and maintaining elasticity.
- It reduces fine lines.
- It keeps the skin full.
When skin loses its ability to retain moisture around the age of 40-50, this is called Trans Epidermal WaterLoss (TEWL). The skin loses hydration, which weakens the skin barrier and makes it drier and drier. Thus, increased TEWL can also contribute to aging skin.
Our products therefore focus on containing natural moisturizing ingredients that support your skin in maintaining its natural moisture balance. We do this through ingredients such as vegetable glycerin and aloe vera.
The power of natural oils
Plant oils, or lipids, are natural oils that protect and nourish the skin. Therefore, we focus on using lipids that your skin recognizes and instantly absorbs. - Jojoba oil - good natural moisturizer
Jojoba oil has been used for centuries by Native Americans to treat wounds, burns and other skin conditions. It is also now scientifically recognized for its restorative powers and soothing properties. It is a natural moisturizer for the skin. It helps keep the skin hydrated and accelerates the healing process
- Rose Hip Oil - powerful vitamin bomb
Rosa Canina Oil has a strong moisturizing effect and provides effective anti-aging benefits. Rosa canina oil is rich in retinoids (vitamin A) and various omega fatty acids, including Omega 6 and Omega 3. The high concentration of pro-vitamin A helps fight premature aging, such as caused by UV rays. The fruit from which the oil is pressed is very good for the skin because Rosa Canina contains a huge amount of vitamins A and C, vitamins that promote the building of collagen, the protein responsible for the elasticity of your skin.
- Butyro Spernum Parkii - a skin powerhouse
Butyro Spernum parkii, derived from the nuts of the Vitellaria paradoxa tree West Africa, is a powerful ingredient rich in vitamins A, E, C and B. It is known for its brightening properties and supports natural cell renewal. Thanks to its rich blend of vitamins and fatty acids, butyro Spernum Parkii helps soothe, intensely nourish and hydrate the skin. Thus, it leaves your skin with a healthy glow.
Butyro Spernum Parkii is a proven moisturizer for your skin. But only the unrefined, pure form, in which all naturally occurring vitamins, minerals and anti-inflammatory botanicals are retained has emollient and anti-aging properties that smoothen the skin and combat aging. Butyro Spernum parkii is pure rejuvenating power in our skincare and present in very high percentages and processed by us so that its absorption by the skin is particularly high.
- Muru Muru - particularly good for the skin
Another insanely wonderful ingredient is Murumuru, a high-quality butter obtained from the wild-collected seeds of the Astrocaryum murumuru tree. Murumuru is highly moisturizing and great for sensitive and also allergy-prone skin. Murumuru seeds are collected by indigenous communities in the Brazilian rainforest and are pressed and treated on site, preserving thehigh content of fatty acids, vitamins and minerals, and rebalancing the acidity of the skin. Murumuru contains a percentage of 46-52% lauric acid, giving it a cooling effect. Murumuru is intensively moisturizing and suitable for extremely sensitive skin. Murumuru is rich in fatty acids, omega 3 and 9 [and] vitamins A, E and C. It locks in moisture, reduces inflammation and helps support the skin barrier.
Good for the skin are proteins in mini form: amino acids
Instead of synthetic peptides (which is present in most peptide products), Mothr Earth Proof® uses amino acids - the smallest building blocks of proteins. Because they are so small, they are directly absorbable by the skin and body. Amino acids support
