STEP 1 - SCRUB & SHINE | facial wake-up call

FOR USE - STEP 1

Stir the SCRUB before first use with the back of a clean teaspoon or spatula. All the scrub particles will be at the bottom of the jar. Stir well to mix.

HOLD YOUR SCRUB PERFECTLY HYGIENTIC by always using a clean spatula or clean, dry fingers when taking an amount from the jar. This is very important.
This is a 100% natural scrub and contains 0% preservatives.
If you use a clean spatula or clean, dry fingers, the scrub will keep for up to 12 months.
BUT if you add water by going into the jar with wet fingers, it will shorten the shelf life very quickly (within a few days).

HOW TO USE - STEP 1 SCRUB

  • Take an amount of scrub before getting in the shower.

  • Apply to the skin of your face.

  • Gently massage the scrub particles over the skin.

  • Massage extra around nose, chin and forehead.

  • Massage more gently on drier and sensitive areas.

  • Massage until you feel good blood flow.

  • Rinse off only the scrub particles with warm water.

  • Leave the creamy layer on!

  • This will be absorbed by the time you leave the shower.

  • Very gently pat your skin dry, without rubbing (so the cream stays on the skin).

  • Now apply directly apply STEP 2 - SERUM | Skin Drink.

  • Then apply one drop of STEP 3 - ELIXIR | Vitamin Bomb to each cheek and forehead.

  • Massage in until you feel blood flow again.

  • Then apply STEP 4 - REPAIR as a final layer to be ready for the day.

  • Walk out the door with natural skin, or apply makeup if necessary.

Your skin is long-lastingly protected, intensely hydrated and deeply nourished.
Reapply STEP 2 after a long meeting for an instant fresh boost.
If your skin is very dry, also reapply STEP 4 during the day for instant recovery and comfort.

HOW TO USE - STEP 1 AS A MASK

  • Apply the SCRUB to the skin on your face.

  • Massage until you feel blood flow.

  • Leave the mask on for as long as you like:

    • from 10 or 30 minutes

    • to even all night (protect your pillow as the mask may give off green due to green tea and cream).

  • Then rinse off the mask and exfoliating particles with warm (shower) water.

  • Leave the creamy layer on!

  • Gently pat your skin dry so that the cream stays on the skin.

  • Apply STEP 2, 3 and 4 as described above.

If your skin is dry, add [STEP 3] as well.

One ritual for everyone, where you can vary steps: add one or more, or omit one or more, depending on how your skin feels and what it needs.

BALANCE YOUR SKIN

When you use this scrub for a while, it will help balance your skin. If your skin is very oily, it will gradually become more balanced.

I know the product may feel rich at first, but I really invite you to try it longer and follow the instructions strictly:
apply in the shower, massage, leave for one minute, then rinse off only the exfoliating particles and leave the nourishing layer on.
When you get out of the shower and gently pat your face dry, the layer will have been virtually absorbed or will follow within minutes. Give yourself some time to get used to it and let us know how you experience it.
