Shipping policy

The place of delivery shall be the address made known to MOTHR EARTH PROOF® by the customer.
Subject to what is stated in Article 2 of these General Terms and Conditions, MOTHR EARTH PROOF® will execute accepted orders expeditiously but at the latest within 30 days, unless another delivery period has been agreed upon. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot or can only be partially carried out, the customer will be informed of this no later than 30 days after the order was placed. In that case, the customer has the right to dissolve the agreement without cost and the right to a possible refund.
After dissolution in accordance with the previous paragraph, MOTHR EARTH PROOF® will promptly refund the amount paid by the customer.
Upon delivery outside the Netherlands, the risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with the customer as of delivery to the carrier.

Return Policy

Dear Customer,

We value your opinion and find it important that you are satisfied with our MOTHR EARTH PROOF® products. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, you can return the purchased products within 14 days of the delivery date. After this period it is unfortunately no longer possible to return or exchange your purchase. Please read the return conditions carefully below.

Return notification

To initiate a return, please send an email to retour@mothrearthproof.com with the following information

your full name
address
order number
product names
the number of products you are returning
your IBAN (so we can easily refund the amount)

Please email your return request to retour@mothrearthproof.com.

Once MOTHR EARTH PROOF® has received your return in good condition (see return conditions below), the purchase amount will be refunded to you, excluding shipping costs.

Return conditions

Returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Returned products are eligible for refund only if they are unopened, undamaged and located in the original, undamaged packaging, including the original shipping box with protective packing material.
As the customer, you are responsible for the risk of return.
Product or delivery problems should be reported to us within 2 days of receipt.
If the return does not meet the above conditions, MOTHR EARTH PROOF® reserves the right to return the order to the sender. In this case, shipping costs will be borne by the recipient.

We want to bring to your attention that all our products are 100% natural and are formulated with the utmost care and quality using the purest potent ingredients.

We make every effort to give you a high end experience.

We hope you realize that nature, has natural variations in color, smell and consistency and that across batches these natural differences will be present.

Also our samples may differ from the full size product because of this.

This is part of working with nature and natural products. And hope that our customers embrace that as much as we do. We are part of nature.
