A Gua Sha massage for a lifting effect
First, read the information about safe Gua Sha use
Prepare your skin for the facial Gua Sha ritual by Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3 apply. This is important step because you want to glide easily with the gem over your skin.
- Start at the collarbone and work up toward the forehead
- Move gently from the center of your face to the side
- Apply medium pressure for a lifting effect
- At your collarbone, the pressure is minimal to activate the lymphatic system
- Under the eyes, the pressure is light because the skin here is delicate
- Repeat each job at least 5x
- Afterwards, apply Step X Mist and Step 4 Repair.
