First, read the information about SAFE CUPPING.
- Use only the small cup at first, to let your skin get used to it.
- Use the large cup for the large areas of your face, cleavage and neck.
- First, follow the 3 first steps (1, 2 and 3) of our routine for your skin care regimen
- After step 3, take the small cup. Let it slide easily across your face (with enough step 3).
- Start in the center of your face and glide to the hairline. Repeat 5x.
- End always with moving the cup from the hairline to the lymph nodes just above your collarbone.
- Keep the cup always moving, let the cup don't stand still on your skin!
