- Apply a small amount of Step 1 Peel + Shine to your face
- massage it into your skin
- Rinse off in the shower with warm water
- or rinse off with a washcloth and warm water
- leave the delightful leave-on layer on
- Gently pat your face dry
- immediately apply Step 2 Serum Skin Drink
- Massage it into your skin
- If your skin needs additional steps (for dry or mature skin), apply Steps 3 and 4 as well.

How do I use step 1 ?
Step 1 is a very gentle exfoliation which gently tones your skin exfoliates, remove black pores and blackheadst, dead skin cells removes air pollutants on your skin, and in addition, your skin deeply nourishes and hydrates.
First use:
- Stir the exfoliant well with a tablespoon so that the exfoliant granules are dispersed through the exfoliant. Stirring distributes the peeling granules.
Daily use:
- Take a small amount with DRY FINGERS
- Apply to your face and make a massaging motion.
- Massage a little more firmly at your nose and chin and forehead and more gently around the eyes, cheeks.
- Rinse off with WARM water in the shower or with a washcloth.
Late NO water in the Peeling jar come and close the jar after each use, which affects the shelf life of your product.
What makes Step 1 PEEL + SHINE different from other exfoliating products?
That’s right—Step 1 is a completely different exfoliating product than any other exfoliant you’ll find on the market or have ever used.
- This exfoliator doesn’t dry out your skin; instead, it nourishes it. Step 1 infuses your skin with rich, non-comedogenic plant extracts.
- This peel forms an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial layer that helps relieve acne.
- Step 1 Peel + Shine deeply cleanses your pores, causing blackheads and whiteheads to disappear.

- This peel is suitable for both oily and very oily skin, as well as dry, thinning, and aging skin.
Do I need all 4 steps?
It depends on your skin type how many steps you need.
You can always order a sample set first to try what you like.
But a general guideline is:
- For dry and aging skin, you need all 4 steps. It repairs the skin barrier, repairs cell damage caused by UV, rejuvenates and gives a beautiful hydrated look.
- For very oily skin, you only need step 1. The nutrition of this step is then sufficient.
- If you have normal oily skin, then we recommend using Step 1 and Step 2. Step 2 balances your oily skin in addition to adding a lot of moisture.
- If you have young skin, then step 1 and step 2 are often enough.
- Young dry skin, may have enough with Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3. This is a nourishing trio.
- Eczema skin can often use all four steps again, as they are all allergy soothing, deeply nourishing and anti-itching.
How does it work with those 4 layers?
- The layers or steps apply on top of each other. They work highly moisturizing and nourishing on your skin. You get a beautiful hydrated look.
- The layers penetrate deep into your skin layers and that creates a rejuvenated look. Your skin becomes comfortable again and you avoid dryness even after long office hours.
- Many of our customers experience the layers of skin care providing the 4 steps as very welcome. Their skin for the first time in a long time beautifully fed. And this is reflected in their appearance.
- Each layer is matched to the next layer and is designed to transport nutrients, vitamins, minerals and plant extracts deeper into your skin layers.
- Each new layer of skincare further seal in the moisture from the previous layer, which ensures that your skin is hydrated long after application and prevents moisture loss.
- Your skin starts to look more beautiful and radiant, more nourished, repaired, wrinkles can no longer develop. Your skin is less dry, less oily, more evenly toned, and with far fewer outbreaks.
How do I use Step 1 correctly?
- Make sure the jar from Step 1 is at room temperature (about 19 degrees Celsius)
- Make sure the jar is closed—always! In humid areas like the bathroom, unwanted moisture can still get into the jar. This reduces the shelf life very quickly.
Daily use:
- Using only DRY fingers, take a small amount of the exfoliator
- Apply it to your face
- Massage your entire face, neck, and décolletage
- Step into the shower and rinse off the exfoliator with warm water
- Once the granules are gone, a lovely leave-on layer remains
- By the time you step out of the shower, most of the leave-on cream has already been absorbed
- Gently pat your face dry without rubbing
- Then immediately apply Step 2 Serum Skin Drink and 1 drop of Step 3 Elixir to each cheek, your forehead, and your neck
- Massage it in thoroughly
- Next, apply Step 4 Repair to stay hydrated all day and prevent cellular damage.
